The Institute for Research on Women and Gender is pleased to invite graduate students and faculty from from the Columbia and Barnard communities to participate in a series of conversations about important books for the study of gender and sexuality. This session will led by Associate Professor Alondra Nelson be on the French sociologist Bruno Latour, specifically focusing on his work in Reassembling The Social. Readings will be circulated in advance, please rsvp to dgc2105@columbia.edu to get the reading. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
